1. What was the historical context of Alexander the Great struggle for Power?

2. Why did Alexander the Great emerge as a leader?


I, Alexander the Great was born in a royal family already, but i did not emerge as a leader just yet... My desire for power started when King Philip was killed in a festival, and I had to take advantage of this opportunity, with my the help of my mother, Olympia we killed everyone who had the right to claim the throne, So I would be the only rightful royal claimant and I would be king. My mother killed the daughter of Philip and Cleopatra and forced the former Queen, Cleopatra to commit suicide.
